Goal-Setting Council

The goal-setting process has been overseen by the Kennebec Valley Goal-Setting Council, representing the many different voices of this community. This council of volunteers was convened by United Way of Kennebec Valley in January 2021 and is comprised of 16 community leaders from the business, nonprofit and government sectors. Their charge is to adopt meaningful, measurable and clear goals.

Three additional expert panels have focused on the topics of health, education and financial stability.
